COMUNICAÇÃO E INTELIGÊNCIA EMOCIONAL: DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS EM TEMPOS DE TECNOLOGIAS DIGITAIS E INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL

RESUMO
Este artigo investiga a articulação entre teorias da comunicação e fundamentos da inteligência emocional, buscando demonstrar como essa integração pode aprimorar práticas de gestão afetiva, comunicação empática e tomada de decisão em contextos contemporâneos permeados por tecnologias digitais e inteligência artificial. O estudo retoma as contribuições de Goleman sobre inteligência emocional, as de Pinker acerca das dimensões cognitivas e evolutivas da linguagem, as de Wittgenstein sobre o caráter pragmático e contextual do uso linguístico, bem como as de Butler no que tange à performatividade e vulnerabilidade humanas. Também incorpora o olhar crítico da Escola de Frankfurt, especialmente no que se refere aos riscos da racionalidade instrumental e da comunicação assimétrica. Ao integrar esses referenciais, evidencia-se que a comunicação em ambientes digitais exige não apenas domínio técnico, mas também sensibilidade ética, crítica e emocional. Conclui-se que essa abordagem favorece vínculos mais sólidos, amplia a empatia e qualifica os processos decisórios em espaços educacionais e organizacionais mediados por tecnologias emergentes.
